This video answers questions about the process and what to expect along the way. I created this video after years of working short sales for my clients. They always came back and told me horror stories about their friends and how they wished more people could learn about the process from me. I decided to make this information available without the pressure of a sale.

I am not trying to get your listing. You won’t receive a phone call from me. What you will receive is PRACTICAL knowledge about the process, checklists for the transaction, and a list of questions to ask anyone you are considering as a listing agent.
